We all remember the chaos of last year's Brazilian Grand Prix, the delayed qualifying, the crashes. Well, all of that didn't go without consequences...
That is why a new rule has been introduced regarding qualifying in F1. Regarding qualifying, which was mentioned in the introduction, the most controversial issue is what happens if it is not possible to conduct it, and also on what basis the starting order will be determined.
The reaction to what we saw last year is that if a similar situation occurs from 2025 onwards where qualifying cannot be held, the rule will be that drivers will start according to their current standings in the individual World Championship standings.

And what happens if all this happens at the first race of the year, when there is no world championship standings yet? Well, in that case, the option would be for the starting order to be decided by the FIA race stewards. What directives will be applied is unknown, but it goes without saying that this decision will spark incredible controversy…
