User rights during data processing
During the period of data processing, the user has the following rights in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation: the right to withdraw consent, access to personal data and information related to data processing, the right to rectify data, restriction of data processing, the right to delete data, the right to object, the right to data portability.
If you wish to exercise your rights, this will require your identification and the Data Controller must necessarily contact you. Therefore, for identification purposes, it will be necessary to provide personal data (but only data already processed by the Data Controller can serve as a basis for identification) and complaints regarding data processing will be available in the user's email account for the period specified in this Privacy Notice on complaints. If you are our customer and wish to identify yourself for the purpose of handling a complaint or managing a guarantee, we ask you to also provide your order ID for identification purposes. In this way, we will be able to identify you as our customer.

The right to withdraw consent

Access to personal data
The User has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not his/her personal data are being processed and, in such a case, the right to: access the personal data being processed and receive from the Data Controller information on: the purposes of the data processing; the categories of personal data being processed; information on the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be processed or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; the existence of the User's right to request the Data Controller to rectify or erase personal data or to limit the processing of personal data relating to the User or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; if the personal data have not been collected from the data subject, any available information on their source; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in these cases, meaningful information on the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the User.
The purpose of exercising these rights may be to determine and verify the lawfulness of data processing, therefore, in the case of repeated requests for information, the Data Controller may charge a fair fee in exchange for providing information.
Access to personal data is provided by the Data Controller by sending the processed personal data and information by e-mail after identifying the user. If the user has registered, we provide access so that he can view and check his personal data by logging into his user account.
The request must state that you are requesting access to your personal data or information about data processing.
Right to rectification
The User has the right to immediately obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her.
The right to restrict data processing
The user has the right to request that the controller restrict the processing of the personal data if one of the following circumstances applies: the accuracy of the personal data is disputed by the user, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, and if the exact data can be immediately determined, then the restriction will not take place; the processing of the personal data is unlawful and the user opposes the deletion of the personal data for any reason (for example, because the data is necessary for the possible assertion of claims) and instead requests the restriction of their use; the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or if the user has objected to the processing of the data, but the legitimate interest of the controller can also serve as a basis for the processing, the processing of the data must be restricted until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the user.
Where processing has been restricted, such personal data, with the exception of storage, may only be processed with the user's consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for important reasons of public interest of the Union or a Member State.
The data controller will inform the user before the processing restriction is lifted (at least 3 business days before the restriction is lifted).
The right to delete data - the right to be forgotten
The User has the right to request that the Data Controller delete his/her personal data without undue delay if one of the following circumstances applies: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed by the Data Controller; the User withdraws his/her consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing; the User objects to the processing based on a legitimate interest and there are no overriding legitimate grounds (i.e. legitimate interest) for the processing; the personal data have been processed unlawfully by the Data Controller, if this has been established on the basis of a complaint; the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject.
If the Data Controller, based on any legal basis, has made personal data public and is obliged to delete the personal data due to any of the above grounds, the Data Controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, will take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform other data controllers processing the personal data that the user has requested the deletion by such controllers of any links to, or copies or replications of, that personal data.
Deletion does not apply to the extent that processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information or for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject (processing in the context of invoicing is one such case, as the storage of the invoice is provided for by law) or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (e.g. if the Data Controller has any claims against the user that have not yet been satisfied or a complaint management process is ongoing).
The right to object
The User has the right to object at any time - for reasons related to his/her particular situation - to the processing of his/her personal data based on legitimate interests. In such a case, the Data Controller will no longer process the personal data unless the Data Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
The right to data portability
If the data is processed by automated means or if the data management is based on the voluntary consent of the user, the user has the right to request the Data Controller to provide him with the data that the Data Controller will send to the user in xml, JSON or csv format and, if technically feasible, the user may request that the Data Controller transmit the data in this form to another data controller.
Automated decision making
The User has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) which produces legal effects for him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar manner. In such cases, the data controller shall implement appropriate measures to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject and his or her legitimate interests, including at least the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller, to express his or her own point of view and to contest the decision.
The above does not apply if the decision
is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract between the user and the Data Controller;
is permitted by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of the user; lua is based on the user's explicit consent.

Data security measures
The Data Administrator declares that it has taken appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction and damage, as well as against loss of access due to changes in the technology used.
The Data Controller will make every effort within its organizational and technical capabilities to ensure that its data processors also apply appropriate data security measures when working with your personal data.
Remedies
If, in the user's opinion, the data controller has violated a legal provision on data processing or has failed to comply with any of the user's requests, the user may initiate an investigation procedure with the Hungarian National Office for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (mailing address:

We also inform you that in the event of a breach of legal provisions regarding data processing or if the Data Controller fails to comply with any of the user's requests, the user may bring a civil lawsuit against the Data Controller in court.
Changes to privacy policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to change this information on data management in a way that does not affect the purpose and legal basis of data processing. Using the website after the change has entered into force means acceptance of the changed Privacy Notice.
