Everyone is eagerly awaiting Tuesday night’s presentation in London, where (theoretically) the 2025 cars and (virtually) this year’s liveries will be revealed. But someone managed to steal the show…
The person, or rather the people who did it, were the drivers of the Haas F1 Team, who presented not only their new weapon, but apparently their livery will look the same as what we see in the pictures. Not only did Haas break with previous practice in this case, this year they are also not working on the current Ferrari suspension, they will use last year's design. This means that instead of the design with a pulling rod, they will stick with the push rod version, in which they see a greater return on investment. Team boss Ayao Komatsu believes that they are taking these steps because they would not win enough on it to make it worth adapting. Komatsu claims that there would be a temporary drop before the chance for real progress appears, which the Americans do not want to wait for.

Whatever happens, if the new Haas proves even half as competitive as it is beautiful…
