Lewis Hamilton has indeed joined Scuderia Ferrari. You can tell because he is already explaining his achievements in an ambiguous way. Just like he did against George Russell...
Despite having won the sprint in the last three races, Hamilton still trails Charles Leclerc in the points standings. So the car is to blame:
"To be honest, I hope we can achieve a positive change by the next race. In the races so far I had a small advantage because of one element of the car that was behaving strangely and not living up to expectations. It's important to know that when we evaluate the last races, I couldn't get more out of the package.
I really hope that when this is solved, I will do better. I am losing a little over a tenth of a second because of this problem, I hope that when the new part comes, both cars will be the same," suggested Lewis Hamilton, but after the statement of their team boss, it is hard to take all this seriously...
"The balance of the car, its behaviour, its balance reflect the driver's choices and needs. It is important to emphasise that we are still learning the car, trying different directions, but I think the picture will be different in Bahrain. We tested there for three days, I think our car will work better," Fred Vasseur dispelled doubts about Hamilton's suggestions.
