Dark clouds are appearing on the horizon over the Red Bull Racing team, something that even team principal Christian Horner does not hide.
Max Verstappen's surprising victory in the Japanese Grand Prix may have briefly overshadowed the deepening crisis, but in Bahrain came a slap in the face...
"The car behaves similarly to last year's model, although I will add that we have not had any problems with the brakes in 2024. The balance is mostly broken between the entry and the middle of the corner, which is an aerodynamic problem. The main problem is that we cannot find a solution. We understand the problems, but the problem is that the solutions we have tried with the tools we have, unfortunately, do not match what we see on the track. We have to dig deeper into this, because if these two elements do not match, we will not be able to get out of the hole. Our specialists are in place, they have built amazing cars over the years, I sincerely believe that they will be able to solve these problems as well. We just have to find a solution with our simulator and wind tunnel, because at the moment it is like looking at two different clocks showing different times," said Horner.
