At the show organized in London's O2 Arena, not everyone was sincerely happy about the presence of Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing. It is understandable that the four-time world champion did not like it, and in the future he could boycott similar events...
Verstappen's face clearly showed he wasn't amused by the London circus, and Jos Verstappen revealed the crowd reaction had left his son feeling a bit discouraged by the whole thing:
"I would personally describe what happened with Red Bull Racing as a disgrace. This event is to promote Formula 1, and one of the greatest champions of the sport is being booed... Max told me that he doesn't want to experience this again, and if there is such an event in the future - if it is in England - he will definitely miss it. The truth is that I have to agree with him. He does everything for the sport, he was there to please the spectators and also to present the livery of the car. But when you are faced with such circumstances, the question arises: Why did I come here? And that this was the last opportunity," Verstappen's father conveyed his son's dissatisfaction.
