Leclerc openly admitted after last year that he was unhappy because he really believed that after 2008 under his leadership they would be able to break the years without victories in the constructors' championship. It didn't work out then, but maybe now... The Monegasque driver not only wants to lead Scuderia Ferrari to the top of the manufacturers' championship:
"For me it was a huge disappointment that last year we barely managed to win the Constructors' title. After all this, my goal is only to win the Constructors' championship. That would be a really amazing achievement. But that's not all. I also want to win the Individual World Championship. I've been dreaming about it since I was a kid, I want it to become a reality one day, and I want that day to come in 2025! So it's safe to say that our goal this year is to win two World Championships!"
I am ready, nothing will depend on me. The seasons are getting longer, I have to prepare for that. My job has not changed, I always do the same thing and in the same way. I spent all my time training, I was in Italy, in the Dolomites, to put the most strain on my body, to improve my condition. I managed to do that, I have never been in such good shape before, now I just have to maintain this condition. I am ready for 2025! "said Charles Leclerc with extraordinary self-confidence.
