The 2025 racing season has started in mixed fashion for Scuderia Ferrari, but the good news is that their problems can mostly be attributed to set-up rather than design flaws.
According to the renowned La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian team has been working hard for the past week and a half, and this work will bring the expected results. Based on the work in the simulator, it is already clear that they have managed to find a solution to their problems, which is due to testing twenty different settings since the Chinese Grand Prix. Thanks to this, it was possible to solve the problems that occurred at the beginning of the year, which resulted in the introduction of a completely unusual suspension setting by the Scuderia before the race in Japan.
The team is calm, confident that their car has no design issues and they hope to extract the potential that lies within it this weekend. That means the Reds will join the fight for world championship points. Then will come the development packages, first in Bahrain, then more innovation in Miami. Ferrari wants to use these "updates" to balance the suspension mechanics and the aerodynamics of the rear of the car.
