Ralf Schumacher believes it is simply a joke what is happening at Scuderia Ferrari. One of the most prestigious teams fighting for the world title made mistakes over the weekend that even in some lower racing series everyone would laugh at.
As a result, the team has banned both of its drivers from the Chinese Grand Prix, and according to Schumacher, this will have serious consequences:
"To put it mildly, Charles Leclerc's car was missing one element. This missing piece weighed two kilograms, which should have been taken into account, and in general... At this level of engineering, you already have to prepare with a safety margin. This is nothing more than pure incompetence. Unfortunately, the case of Lewis Hamilton is even worse and raises more serious questions. After Saturday's sprint race, they should know how worn the floor is. And what happened happened... I believe there will be serious consequences, personal consequences!
Such a mistake cannot be ignored, nor should it be taken lightly. They had the pace to finish the weekend successfully, but what they did on Sunday is simply ridiculous, unacceptable, it is not Ferrari's work, with such a result they should not want to be champions," expressed his depressing but justified opinion Schumacher.
