- Only at FansBRANDS you can return ordered products within 180 days (in original condition, in original packaging).

How to change a product?
- There is no possibility of a "traditional" product change, therefore we cannot offer products in exchange for the products.
- There is no possibility of "exchanging the courier", therefore we are unable to send a courier with a new one goods that will be delivered to you in replacement of old goods.
- If you want a different product instead of the one you ordered, you must return the ordered product!
- As soon as we receive the product and check its condition, the order amount will be credited to your account.
- If you don't have a FansBRANDS account, we will create one for you.
- Place an order for your selected product!
- You will be able to use the entire credited amount when placing your order.
- NOTE! The price of the product may change in the meantime, so if you don't want to wait for the credit, place a new order.

How can I place an order?
- Select the appropriate Formula 1 team or driver from the menu (e.g. Ferrari or Lewis Hamilton)!
- In the main category you can select subcategories, respectively you can browse all products.
- If you like a product from the list, click on the product photo or the "Details" button.
- Don't forget to check the SIZE on the product page! Many people order the wrong size.
- If you can't find the right size for yourself, it DOESN'T EXIST.
- Once you have selected the right size, click the "Add to Cart" button!
- In the pop-up window you have the option to go to the "CART" page where you can select a GIFT.
- If you have a promotional code, you can also confirm it on the CART page.
- To continue, click the "ORDER" button!
- We recommend placing orders after registering an account, because you will be able to check later order status, but you can also become a VIP Member only if you have registered account.
- Provide your details, especially E-MAIL ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER!
- Click the "Continue" button to select your shipping and payment method!
- Click the "Continue" button to check your products and delivery address! Check the box to confirm your acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and click the "ORDER" button!

How to choose a gift to order?

I did not receive a confirmation email
- First of all, you need to check SPAM and PROMOTIONS files in your email program!
- If you can't find the email in these folders, you probably entered the wrong one. email address.

Can I track my order status?
- It is important that only registered customers can track their order status.
- Go to your account and select ORDER from the menu.
- "Order ready to be packed" - I have received the order, it is waiting for fulfillment; In the case of online payments check if the transaction was successful!
- "In Search" - our colleague is currently looking for the products you ordered, they will be delivered soon packed.
- "Order packed" - the goods have been packed and will soon be delivered to the courier.
- "On delivery" - the parcel was taken over by the courier company, from now on you will be able to get additional information from GLS.
- "Deleted Order" - In case of unsuccessful payment, orders are deleted after a specified period time.

How can I change my order?
Did you later find out that you ordered the wrong size, wanted to add something else to order or haven't chosen a gift?
- You can request a change to your order as long as it has not reached the status "Order Ready" to pack."

- You can also write an e-mail, but - on working days, during working hours - we advise you to ask for changes by phone as processing is faster.
How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order as long as it is not in the "Order ready to be packed" status.

I received a damaged product
- It is rare that for some reason you do not get the expected product. For example, the product differs from the photo displayed on the website or the size on the packaging does not match size on the label.
- It is also possible that the product has been damaged during transportation or has a manufacturing defect.
- In such cases, please send us a photo of the product at sales@fansbrands.com and we will investigate. order!
- If, after prior investigation, we decide that the complaint is justified, we will collect the product from you Your cost and we will send you a replacement intact or refund your money.
I am ordering now but would like delivery later
- For online orders, you can enter the date you would like in the order notes field receive a parcel (for example: "I want to receive my parcel on December 14, 2022")

- We cannot calculate the delivery time with 100% accuracy, but we generally deliver the shipment courier to reach you on your chosen day.
